Utility Locating Technician
Full Time — Pompano Beach, FL
Operate electromagnetic locating equipment and GPR to detect and mark underground utilities across South Florida construction sites. You will work with experienced technicians to learn EM locating techniques, GPR scanning, APWA documentation standards, and field safety. We provide full equipment and training. A valid driver's license and the ability to work outdoors in South Florida's climate are required. Construction or utility background preferred but not required — we hire for attitude and train for skill.

Full Time — Pompano Beach, FL
Operate our vacuum excavation truck fleet for utility potholing, daylighting, and soft dig excavation throughout South Florida. Responsibilities include safe operation of vac truck equipment at job sites, vacuum excavation at pothole locations, equipment maintenance, and field documentation. A valid driver's license is required; CDL is a plus. Prior experience with vacuum excavation, hydrovac, or heavy equipment operation is preferred. Training on our specific equipment provided. Strong safety awareness is essential.

Full Time — Pompano Beach, FL
Lead field crews performing utility locating, GPR scanning, and vacuum excavation potholing throughout South Florida. The Field Supervisor is responsible for crew safety, project quality, client communication on-site, daily field reporting, and efficient crew operations. Candidates should have prior experience in utility locating, vacuum excavation, or a related construction field, along with demonstrated leadership and communication skills. You will serve as the direct point of contact for clients in the field and a mentor for junior technicians.
